Ingredients
500g Brown & White Rice
500g Tuna
200g Edamame
200g Carrots
200g Cucumber
200g Sweetcorn

200g Kitchen ‘72 Classic Salad Dressing
30ml Soy Sauce
Directions
Cook the rice for around 20 mins or until soft.
Defrost the edamame and drain the sweetcorn.
Drain the tuna and grate the cucumber and carrots or slice into ribbons.
Once the rice is cooked, drain and mix through the soy sauce.
Assemble into bowls and drizzle over salad dressing.
