salmon & broccoli pasta Ingredients
750g Wholewheat Pasta
750g Broccoli
2 Onions
750g Lemon & Pepper Salmon
500g Reduced Fat Soft Cream Cheese
4 Lemons (Juice)
500ml Water
Chilli Flakes

Dice the onions and cut the brocolli into florets.
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions
Roast the salmon at 180C until cooked in the center
Fry off the onion and blanch the broccoli until the stalks are tender.
Drain the pasta and return to the pan
Flake the salmon then add to the pasta pan with cream cheese, water and lemon juice and stir through.
Season to taste and finish with chilli flakes.
