Rob’s perfect smashed avocado recipe Ingredients Squeeze of fresh lime juice ½ Red Onion 1 x Fresh Coriander 2 x Ripe Avocados 1 x Garlic Clove Salt and Pepper Method 1. Peel and mash the avocado into a bowl 2. Add the lime juice, coriander and garlic into the bowl. The acid in the lime juice will provide some balance to the richness of the avocado and will help delay the avocados from turning brown.

3. Finely dice the red onion and add to the mixture 4. Season with salt and pepper 5. Place in a container as the oxygen in the air causes oxidation which will turn the guacamole brown. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
