Fish pie with Butternut Squash Mash Ingredients 1ltr Macphie Bechamel 285230 3.5kg Country Range Frozen Fish Pie Mix 740500 20g Fresh Dill 600510 20g Fresh chives 600490 20g Fresh parsley 602750 20g Fresh Chervil 607004 2.5kg Frozen Mashed Potato 752460 100g Butter 350132 Method 1. Defrost the fish pie mix overnight in the fridge. 2. In a large pan heat the béchamel sauce gently and stir in the defrosted fish pie mix. Leave for around 5 minutes on a medium to low heat. 3. Place the mashed potato in a microwave safe bowl and heat until a smooth consistency. 4. Finely chop the dill, chives and parsley and chervil and gently fold into the béchamel mix. Season well. Leave to cool for around 5 minutes. 5. Pour the fish and béchamel mix into an ovenproof dish and pipe or spread the mashed potato over the top. 6. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the core temperature is reached.
