God is so Real!!! Be Your own Judge Praying on how to save our children from satan killing stealing and destroying. First thing God taught me was how important my vote was.In 2003 I found myself at MayorCharles Farmer’ last debate for his second re-election, One of the Questions was asked “what have you did for East Jackson? I listened to him express how he had torn down A banded houses he also said businesses would return to East Chester and yes there will be another jail built in the further, was one of his statements. I had the opportunity to ask him “Well did you know my sister couldn’t ride past 275 Jackson street without feeling hurt because of the bullet holes in the house in which reminded her of her 1st born son being killed in 96” he quickly answered and said “Evidently I didn’t know” I kid you not people of God,shortly after that, less than two months later, I happened to ride down Jackson street and there sat this nicely remodeled house, it was 275. I was so impressed and hopeful. I couldn’t’ help from thinking “ I wonder did Mayor Farmer have anything to do this?”hmmmm In 2007 I had the Honor of meeting then county mayor Mayor Jerry Gist, l told him I was going to vote for him and when he win I was coming to see him. 3 months after he was elected I went to his office I introduced him to Be Real Entertainment Inc I told him this is what God had assigned me to do His plan on saving our children he was very impressed about the plan, he supported our Mother Day Contributes we had in honor of our mothers that were victims of losing their sons to Senseless death. I would visit Mayor Gist once a year to update him on what’s happening with B.R.E.Inc. In 2009 he suggested I get my 501c3 for my non-profit Organization in 2010 December 24th I opened my mailbox and there it was, I rushed to Mayor Gist office to show him again he was impressed. I heard him on Community feedback many times over his 12 yrs in office when I called in he would always say he believe in this organization. In 2013 January 15th to be exact I returned to his office and gave him a Plan and a budget ”in which I had mailed 15 churches and 15 businesses in east Jackson the same budget and plan on how we will save our children. Again he was impressed he said he was going to present it to His cabinet. But boy oh boy after he did,it became harder and harder to get his support for our Mother Day Contributes I didn’t understand at first “why is he ignoring me?what happened? I sat up appointments to talk to our councilmen of our East Jackson community but they Stood me up ignored me one of them I didn’t get to speak to because he had an very bad car accident but now I understand why it was so hard for me to be heard 2 of the Councilmen Were too busy creating their own organizations. SMH Please understand this people of East Jackson The people we select to office are to serve and protect us the people of this community not for themselves!!!! The last time I saw (then) Mayor Gist was on t.v. saying our school system has been troubled for 18 yrs but I say it’s been longer than that. 3 months before Mayor Gist leaving office I visited him again I told him God wants me to build a Charm School for our daughters and teach them how to be confident little girls he agreed. I told him our boys had more positive programs than our girls he agreed He’s retired now and I pray he’s enjoying his life Our Mother Day Contributes Kathy continues till this day On Mother’s Day of 2016 I heard Commissioner Gary Deaton on community feedback giving a tribute to Moore mothers by telling a story about a woman but it didn’t sat well with some of the listeners one guy called him Prejudice another called him a good man Again I called in when I heard him talking about a jail in Jackson I introduced B.R.E.Inc asked him would he support this organization he said yes I called his office and see up a meeting for May 16th I went we talked for hours one of the many things I asked him was had he heard of the Survey they did years ago with the black baby and a white baby? He said no I said they put a black doll and white doll before them and they both Reached for the white doIl he looked at me and said Why is that Kathy” I said many years ago out of my control and yours we were being forced to think less of ourselves because of the color of our skin but today you and I can make a change I asked him would he support me on building a Charm School for Girls and teaching them The love of Jesus and how to love and be confident in themselves he said yes. The last time I heard The Commissioner On community feed back he was trying to get the host to understand its more important to make changes now than worry about a Statue that was made during slavery, that was my third time hearing him say he support doing something to make change. I meet Scott Conger At Lane College when he worked there and introduced him to B.R.E. Inc. he thought he was being helpful by writing down a name and a number for me to go speak with I said thank you so much Scott as I was leaving I looked at the information he gave me and was very saddened it was one of the councilmen that had already stood me up I just balled the paper up and put it in the garbage I was passing, then years later Right before Scott Conger announced his candidacy running for City Mayor of Jackson I was in his office at United Way I talked to him about Opening a Charm School for little girls he said it was a great idea Now that he’s City Mayor I have yet to talk to him (fear of his surroundings) I did send him a copy of my 501c3 his 1st year in office but he said he didn’t get it so shortly after that I drove to his office and gave my original papers to his secretary to make a copy so I know he has it I met with Chief Wiser last year we talked about the violence in our community I told him about my plan to open a Charm School he said he would support it, he went on to say he was bought up in a single parent home raised by his mom I went on to tell him I raised my son without his biological father and he graduated high school never been to Gail and focused on his goals in life Moaning Mothers, Keep my hood good S.A.A.C.A. and so many other organizations that’s trying to make a difference this is much bigger than Be Real and you.Over the 24 going on 25 years I’ve been on this gospel journey I’ve met so many mothers from all over, they have traveled here to my church 150 Davis New Hope Pastor Cleavon Meabonlll and I have traveled there. I know that we the Mothers the women can bring so much to this war on Saving Our Children That’s why being President of BRE. Inc not the C.E.O. yet “God has that title”but nobody will stop me from getting it because His knowledge and protection is upon me. Now I hope you can see Mothers that these Five men I have spoken about are leaders of this city and they all have said they will support BRE,Inc 2 Publicly Mayor Gist and County Commissioner Deaton I shared this because God said there’s nine women He was adding to this war on Saving Our Children I was praying Tonya Rivers was one, I watched her go up in Parkview Courts rowdybowdy then into a grandmom then to a moaning mother I watched her cry out to the Senseless killing I watched her show her Spiritual womenhood poor out to this community I know she took her pain and turned it in POWER I just know she would be the first solider I ask to join my journey I prayed for her so hard and was upset so upset that God took her but Jesus put it on my heart to buy her T-shirt and I don’t collect T-shirts of gone to soon people “too painful” I only have Sherick’s now I have hers and I know exactly what I’m going to do in her memory. These are 5 men that I’ve spoken about that sat in office or has sat in office agree To support this organization . I just need nine women of God to help me hold them to their word. God said all I have to do to assure people that it is He that put this work upon me is to bring all things to your remembrance...to be continued B.R.E.Inc I move when God say move, I’m not perfect and yes I can be stubborn but not this time. The 50th Freedom Fund Banquet The Lord put it on my heart to attend (I really didn’t want to go $ was funny) but this was not a time to be disobedient. The week prior to the banquet God had put on my heart to get churches involved with BREInc I said to myself in a stubborn voice (oh Lord) I tried ignoring that telling myself that’s just my thought and not God. How about I go to the banquet and was really having the best time, the Choir was sing my favorite song I Hear The Chains Falling boy I liked to have lost my mind the spirit was all over me and the people in the civil center. Next came the speaker MR. JAMES H. MEREDITH yes I put his name in all caps!!! (If you don’t know who he is look him up) the whole place was still on fire from hearing the chains falling and he was too, this man couldn’t stop praising and when he finally calmed down “well trying to calm down” I heard him scream Louddddd Jackson Tennessee God said it’s time for churches to give back to the people of this community(wait a minute I feel a shout coming on right now) LORDDDDDD Hallelujah when I heard this man of God say that, y’all I had to let somebody hold my mule, honey this man said so many things The Lord had spoken to me I had to stop and pray for myself to calm down. I shared this because Churches here I come especially those churches i sent my plan and budgets to in a big yellow envelope in 2013 if you still have them you’re blessed!!! I was attending Deliverance house of prayer Bishop Nathaniel Bond at the time There were a few mothers that were victims of violent crimes I was praying for and still to this day. I’m not a shame of my Faith God is Real... to be continued BREInc PAID ADVERTISMENT

Dear Jackson Police Department, I’m a Christian and I want to acknowledge this month of domestic violence awareness. I was watching a protest on Facebook and they were saying many negative things “jpd beat a man in hand cuffs ”JPD Prejudice” I will Admit I went to bed Highly pissed, I said my prayers and laid down.It was like Jesus was waiting on me to close my eyes to show me the many of times you were there for me. Jesus took me back to 16 I was walking down airways crying because I went to an adult club saw my adult boy (man) friend with an adult woman having the time of their life. 2 officers pulled up beside me to see why I was crying , I told them and they began trying to comfort me saying I was too young to go there and he was too old to be my boyfriend. He asked me my parents name, they knew my daddy, The Officer said your dad is a very hard worker and love his family he would not want you out here this time of night. I continued walking and crying they rode beside me until I got home. All the times you came to my rescue when I was being Assaulted in a abusive relationship you protected me every time. The time my grandson was sent to live with me because he was out of control and wanted to quit school you talked to him you told him these streets were his enemy, it was a very hard time in my life but he graduated and Achieved something no other high school student accomplished .The time when I was going over the speed limit you stopped me and warned me to slow down. The time you stopped traffic to allow me to cross the street The time you came to remove a snake out of my house even tho I was on my grandson back and you were on my back , just kidding but it was an female officer that caught it and she made sure I understood it was out so that I wouldn’t be afraid. I can go on and on you have really served and protected me and I’ll continue praying your strength in The Lord I pray God use you to inspire other departments all over the world. I know I’ll get negative comments from people that don’t see you in this way but I’m only speaking from my Experience with you God wants me to see you through my own eyes and not judge you through no one else’s eyes Thank You...to be continued PAID ADVERTISMENT

I move when God say move, I’m not perfect and yes I can be stubborn but not this time. MEMPHIS PASTOR INDICTED BY GRAND JURY ON CHARGES RELATED TO ATTEMPTED STATUTORY RAPE NEWS Posted: Oct 24, 2020 / 02:50 PM CDT / Updated: Oct 24, 2020 / 02:50 PM CDT MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis church released a statement saying they are aware of the indictment of one of their own, after he was indicted on charges related to attempted statutory rape. Bryquez Buggs

MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING DEADLY SHOOTING IN BOLIVAR Posted: Oct 23, 2020 wreg.com BOLIVAR, Tenn. — The Bolivar Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a deadly overnight shooting in Bolivar. It happened early Friday morning in the 900 block of West Jefferson Street, Mayor Julian McTizic said. The victim Jacquez Perry was rushed to the Regional Medical Center in Memphis where he later died. Friday afternoon, Bolivar Police arrested 21-year-old Bryquez Buggs of Ashland, Mississippi, in connection with Perry’s death. Buggs has been charged with second-degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon. Bolivar Police say Buggs was arrested through a coordinated effort between the Bolivar Police Department, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Tennessee Highway Patrol, U.S. Marshal’s Service, and the Hardeman County Sheriff’s Office. Bolivar police said this shooting is not related to another shooting that left a 17-year-old dead tweo weeks ago.

Jeremy Thompson was indicted by a grand jury in September on charges of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted statutory rape. According to the indictment, Thompson allegedly tried to have sex with a teenager sometime between April 30 and July 30. The New Life Church of Memphis posted a brief message on its Facebook page Friday night saying it was aware of Thompson’s indictment.Ê Online search records suggest Thompson worked as a youth pastor at New Life Church of Memphis, but the links to his name on the church’s web site are now broken. The church’s pastors say they are empathic to all parties involved but out of respect for the judicial process they are not talking about it.

Rapper ‘Young Buck’ arrested in Sumner County

Lucresia Neal (COURTESY: SUMNER COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE)

by: Josh Breslow - Posted:ÊOct 23, 2020 SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Tennessee native and “Straight Outta Cashville” rapper, “Young Buck” has been arrested in Sumner County, days after investigators say his girlfriend was charged for firing a gun at him. The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office said David Darnell Brown, known by his stage name “Young Buck,” is jailed in the county on several charges, including domestic assault, vandalism over $10,000 and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was arrested Thursday and booked into the Sumner County jail on a $60,000 bond. No information was immediately released by investigators about the basis for the charges. Brown’s girlfriend, Lucresia Neil was arrested Tuesday on a charge of reckless endangermentÊwith a deadly weapon. The sheriff’s office said she fired shots at him in the Tower Hill subdivision of Hendersonville. T he rapper was previously arrested in December 2019 in Cheatham CountyÊon a fugitive warrant out of Georgia. At the time, he was held in the Cheatham County jail without bond. Brown faced charges in 2016 after he reportedly kicked in the front doorÊof his ex-girlfriend’s Nashville apartment and threatened to burn it down. He was later sentenced to seven months in prison for that incident.

HUMBOLDT MAN ARRESTED - CONT’D FROM PAGE 5 The release says the substance in the package weighed just over 10 pounds and tested positive for meth. The package contained zipper lock-style bags that were wrapped in cellophane and placed inside what appeared to be either condoms or balloons, which were wrapped in cellophane again, according to agents. Undercover agents delivered the package to a home on Westend Drive in Humboldt, across from Stigall Elementary School, according to the release.

The release says Brantley Miller, 35, retrieved the package from the front porch of the home and put it in the back of a rental car before attempting to leave the area. Miller was arrested and agents seized the box and $3,929. He is currently held in the Humboldt City Jail in lieu of $125,000 bond on charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance in a school zone with intent to manufacture, deliver, or sell. The investigation remains ongoing and agents say more people are likely to be charged. There is no evidence at this time to indicate that the homeowner was involved or aware of the package.

JMC NAACP BRANCH STUDENT VOLUNTEER HARESSED AND VERBALY ASSAULTED The Jackson Madison County NAACP Branch is concerned about voter suppression and intimidation tactics taking place in the Madison County. On last Saturday morning a college student volunteer was working as a human billboard on the corner of South Highland and Sycamore Street NE corner holding a “Vote Today, Black Voters Matter” sign. He was verbally assaulted and harassed by three white males in a blue pick-up truck with a large “Trump” sign and an American flag. The suspects shouted insults at the student, and one threw an object that barely missed him. The Jackson Police Department was called and took an incident report. Voting is a right of all citizens in America. It is not only under attack by those who seek to manipulate the laws and the system, but also by individuals who outwardly and cowardly display hateful, intimidating and dangerous actions to discourage those promoting civic participation and citizens exercising their right to vote. It is shameful that anyone should experience this situation, especially a youth volunteer. It should not and must not be tolerated. We are asking any witnessing that have information regarding the suspects in this incident to come forward and we are asking those who have experienced recent incidents like this to please report it to the local authorities and the NAACP.

DR. JIMMY HOPPERS WANTS “STATE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT” IN NEGATIVE COVID 19 TESTS

Enjoying “Downtown Tour” Broadcasting veteran Ernest Harper with Author Don Polley joins Downtown Ricky Brown for a tour of the historic downtown Jackson area.Ê Brown was sharing the historical aspects of the Lewis Bail Bond building at 212 East Main Street. The group was enjoying the historical significance of many of the downtown Main Street buildings.

By CSE News DTRB Dr. Jimmy Hoppers, who has been calling attention to the State Health Department privacy complaints recently, is now asking the State of Tennessee to publicly announce its position on whether it will no longer require physicians to report detailed information about patients who test negative for COVID-19. Dr. Hoppers said “we have had conflicting emails that the state health Department has dropped the requirements, and we appreciate the state looking into this, however a casual email does not carry the force of law.” Dr. Hopper implores the State of Tennessee to publicly announce its new position so physicians patients and the local health departments clearly understand that it will no longer require any personal information about patients who test negative for Covid 19. “Anything short of that is just words,” added Hoppers owns Physicians Quality Care with clinics in Jackson and Milan. Dr. Hoppers received a directive last week from the State Health Department to send detailed information about patients who tested negative for the virus.Ê The information included patients name, address, phone number, birth date, race and sex. Hoppers response to the request was to publicly announce that he respectfully declines to send the state this personal title request. “This state request is a “fundamental invasion of a patient’s privacy,” said Hoppers. The State of Tennessee has no right and legitimate or compelling medical reasons to get this information about patients who are merely seeking medical care.” “The reporting of negative test results without the patients consent is a clear violation of HIPAA statues and individuals rights,” said Dr. Hopper. Dr. Hoppers is asking people to contact their elected state Representatives Senator Ed Jackson, State Representatives Chris Todd and Johnny Shaw.Ê PHYSICIANS QUALITY CARE LOCATED IN PLEASANT PLAINS ROAD EXTENDED IN JACKSON AND SOUTH FIRST STREET IN MILAN OFFERS URGENT AND PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE AND IS OPEN FROM 7:00 AM TO 11:00 PM SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK, FOR MORE INFORMATION VISIT: PHYSICIANSQUALITYCARE.COM
