Enseñar a los alumnos como se escribe una receta en ingles/castellano, tienen que seguir el formato de Sheperd Pie. Los alumnos escriben sus recetas en grupos con el mismo formato que Sheperd Pie. Los profesores corrigen las recetas y las dan a los alumnos que las corrigan bien y las enviaran a comeniusberga@gmail.com con una foto de la receta. Los alumnos: a) Filman sus recetas en casa en inglés/castellano en casa y lo suben al Youtube y a su blog. Hay un tutorial en inglés y español en la web del comenius = http://www.comeniustutorial.blogspot.com/ Los profesores pondrán nota del video. Libro de las recetas Encuentro Skype entre las dos escuelas (profesores y alumnos) y presentación del libro impreso.

Shepherd's Pie COOK TIME: 25 MINUTES LEVEL: EASY • • • • • • • • •
INGREDIENTS 1 ¾ pounds minced beef 1 onion 1 carrot ½ cup peas 3 big potatoes 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice METHOD 1 First, peel and quarter potatoes, put them in a saucepan and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. 2 While the potatoes are cooking, add oil to a frying pan and put the beef in it. Season meat with salt and pepper and fry if for 5 minutes. 3 Then, chop the onion and the carrot and put them in the frying pan with the meat. Cook them for 5 minutes until it turns brown, stirring frequently. 4 Meanwhile, mash the potatoes in a bowl. 5 In a second frying pan cook butter and flour together for 2 minutes, add the peas and stir. 6 Place beef and vegetables in baking dish. Distribute mashed potatoes on top.
7 Finally, put the dish into the oven for about 30 minutes. Grill for last few minutes until the potatoes are golden. 8 Serve immediately.
