Careers and Progression

CAREERS AND PROGRESSION PROGRESSION

The College takes comprehensive careers guidance very seriously. There is a wellresourced Careers Centre with staff on hand to help students carry out research and offer advice on making the right choices. Students are encouraged to think about their future from the moment they enrol to the point that they leave College.

Planning for university or employment is seen as crucial for each student and the College aims to give individual advice to help each student develop their chosen career path. This may involve helping to organise work experience or encouraging students to pursue individual interests and develop skills that will make them more marketable in a competitive environment.

The comprehensive Enrichment Programme is in place to ensure each student has the opportunity to appear as attractive and marketable as possible.
