By contrast, plants have learned to fight pathogens over the millennia by synthesizing far more complex compounds. We humans can use these to fight disease, strengthen our immune system, and improve our health. In this workshop Gene Bazan and Tania Slawecki will focus on the most potent herbal antivirals and antibiotics. Learn how to grow and harvest these, and prepare and use their tinctures. You will be able to sample a variety of preparations, and learn how to use kitchen tools and supplies to prepare these.
