PISTON POWER SHOW

PISTON POWER SHOW

Tim’s 1953 Cadillac Fleetwood Brook Park, OH.

This is my 1953 Cadillac Fleetwood. The car sat most of the last 40+ years inside of 2 barns. I found the car while talking with a guy at car show. My father actually had the same exact car when I was a kid about 9 years old and I always wanted one. I turned out this was not my dads car, but it was identical and was also local car in Strongsville, Ohio! It needed a little sprucing up and now she’s a great driver! It only has 36,000 miles and has never been painted or redone.

Jim’s 1951 Ford Convertible Port Orange, FL.

Back in the 80’s I looked for years for my 1951 Ford Convertible and finally found it in Adel, Georgia. The car was in storage for 8 years and I ended up buying it and worked on it for a year. The motor was siezed, so I installed a 1965 289 Ford Engine and T10 4 speed. I wired it 12V and started driving it in 1990. The next year I painted it Teal Blue, and had the interior done in Pearl White Rolled and Pleated. I’m still cruising 32 years later at 80 years old.

Michael’s 1978 Chevy Camaro Boardman, OH.

This is my 1978 Chevy Camaro Rally Sport. The car is 1 of 11,902. My dad purchased the car in the 90’s and it was a total wreck in need of a full restoration. It needed new fenders, doors, quarters, hood, etc. After restoring it, he put it in storage for close to 15 years. It has a 350 engine and Guy Shivley put the orange pinstripe back on it. The car won the 2019 Fireplace grand championship the year my dad died. In 2021 I put new wheels and billet grill on it and took it to Goodguys Columbus last year and was featured in the indoor car show and won an award for excellence.

Al’s 1968 Ford Mustang Elyria OH.

This is my 1968 Mustang that I bought brand new in high school. As you can see, it’s been through a few changes. It now has a restored 351 C and a G Force Clutch-less 5 speed. It has run 8.83 and 152 MPH in the 1/4 mile. I had a Marti Report done on my car and turned out to be a 1 of 1 with optioned purchase. Proud of your ride? Here’s all you need to do:
