CLASSES **We advise all participants to consult your physician before participating in any class which requires physical exertion such as dance or exercise classes. Registration forms are located on the last page. Complete a registration form and separate check for each separate course in which you wish to enroll. If registering more than one person for the same class, they can be on the same check. Please write course selection on the bottom of your check. Please register promptly as classes may fill quickly, and materials need to be ordered ahead of time. Classes may be canceled up to one week prior to start date, sooner for classes needing materials to be ordered, if registrations are low. HOW TO REGISTER: Cash or checks will be accepted as payment. Checks need to be made out to: APCSD Adult Education. **Once you have submitted your registration, consider yourself enrolled. You will be notified ONLY if your registration cannot be accepted (i.e. if the class is already filled or has been canceled.) * BY MAIL Complete the form on the back page of this brochure and mail with your payment to:

APCSD Adult Education 146 Gettle Rd. Averill Park, NY 12018 *IN PERSON: Registrations can be dropped off in the Main Office at the Averill Park High School, in a sealed envelope address to B. Lilly, Adult Education. A walk-in registration will be held on Tuesday, September 6 from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. Please note: We cannot accept telephone or on-line registrations. REFUNDS: Registrations are binding because instructors are employed and other financial commitments are made on the basis of the number of registrants for each course. Refunds will be provided only if class is canceled for insufficient enrollment or unexpected absence of an instructor.

CLOSING DUE TO WEATHER: When the Averill Park School District is closed due to inclement weather or other emergencies, Adult Education classes DO NOT meet. School closings are announced on local television stations and our website: www.averillpark.k12.ny.us. If early closing due to weather, check to see if Adult Education is also cancelled or call 674-7191.
