Light refreshments will be served. During the reign of the Tang dynasty in China, a secret organization called “The House of the Flying Daggers” rises in opposition to the government. Leo, a police officer, sends Jin to investigate a young dancer named Mei, claiming that she has ties to the “Flying Daggers” organization. Charity Golf Tournament

STILLWATER – The Stillwater Area Community Center is hosting a Charity Golf Tournament at Windy Hills Golf Course in Greenwich on August 26. All proceeds from the tournament will be used to enhance the after-school activities for Stillwater area children and youth. For this tournament we are seeking players and sponsors. Best Tasting Water SARATOGA COUNTY – Clifton Park was recently voted Best Tasting Water in Saratoga County at a public water tasting contest at the Saratoga County Fair. The contest is sponsored by The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County. In addition to Clifton Park, about 60 individuals sampled water in a blind taste test from other municipalities including Saratoga County Water Authority, City of Mechanicville, Town of Wilton, and the City of Saratoga Springs. Clifton Park received the honor of best tasting and will move on to the regional competition held in Albany. The final round, to decide the State Champion, will be held at the State Fair in Syracuse. The Statewide coordinator, Manoj Ajmera, who originated the contest, was at the Saratoga County Fair tasting site. SARATOGA – The 2nd Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk to raise awareness for the United Brachial Plexus Network will be held on August 6 at the Saratoga State Park Warming Hut. The term Brachial Plexus Injury (BPI) refers to an injury to the complex set of nerves that control the muscles of the fingers, hand, arm, and shoulder. The Brachial Plexus can be damaged in a number of different ways including accidents involving high impact conditions but most brachial plexus injuries are sustained during birth from excessive force being applied to the baby’s neck and head resulting in stretching and/or tearing of the Brachial Plexus nerves.

EDUCATION COORDINATOR Full-Time - Days

Qualifications and duties include: Sprays surfaces of products with protective or decorative material such as paint or enamel. Ability to operates wheelabrator, set up and use airless spray guns. Must be respirator fitted. Requires cleaning of spraying equipment, maintaining quality of application, perform other duties as necessary, ability to lift 50 lbs. 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training.

Must be an experienced NYS Registered Nurse with a caring and compassionate disposition as well as supervisory experience. Duties include planning, developing & implementing in-service training programs for all staff. Must have evidence of leadership, creativity & excellent communication and organizational skills. Long Term Care experience a must!
