7th Annual Holiday Parade HALFMOON – The 7th Annual Halfmoon Holiday Parade will be held on Sunday, November 13. Kick off will be at 2pm; concluding with Christmas ornament pictures with Santa, face painting, balloon making, performances by Creative Dance Arts and Stars of Dance and caricatures by Rich Conley at the Town Hall Complex off Route 236 and Harris Rd.
