Mental Health Counseling ALBANY COUNTY – Counseling Care and Services has recently received a grant from Albany County to provide Mental Health Counseling to adults who are in need of treatment. Those eligible for services must suffer from a severe mental condition, such as bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, etc. They must be unemployed, uninsured or unable to afford services, and live in Albany County.
