SCOTIA – Scotia United Methodist Church located at 201 North Ten Broeck Street (1 block from Fire House on Mohawk Ave.), will hold a Craft Fair, Roast Beef Dinner and Bake Sale on Saturday, November 12. Craft Fair and Bake Sale from 10am-4pm; Family-style Roast Beef Dinner with Homemade Pies from 4:30-6:30pm. Dinner tickets: $9.50 for adults; $4.50 for children ages 5-12. Boy Scout Bottle & Can Drive GLENVILLE – Boy Scout Troop 65, chartered by the Church of the Immaculate Conception, conducts a returnable bottle and can collection drive and accepts used printer cartridges for recycling on the 1st Saturday of every month from 9am-12noon at the Church located at 400 Saratoga Road (Rte. 50) in Glenville. This month’s Saturday collection date is November 5. Follow the signs at the entrance of the parking lot of the Church to the Boy Scout Troop 65 garage. The Scouts will unload the returnables from your vehicle. (P)

“Facebook, How To” BURNT HILLS – PC Users Group Monthly meeting. Free & open to the public. Tuesday, November 15, 6:30pm, at the Town of Ballston Public Library meeting room Lake Hill Rd., Burnt Hills. Native American Spirituality GLENVILLE – Native American Spirituality for Christian Contemplation with Father Tom Berardi, November 3, 7pm in the Flicker Room at Church of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Saratoga Rd. The Native American spiritual traditions are rich in meaning and universal appeal. This presentation and reflection will help us to explore and understand some of the rituals and symbols of the Native American tradition and to see some of the common elements of meaning that we share from our Catholic Christian traditions. In addition to the presentation, there will be time to share in some simple rituals and prayerful reflection as well as conversation and questions. (P)

Harvest Barn Dance CHARLTON – Time for a hoedown! A fun-filled night for the whole family. Bring your friends, family and neighbors. All ages welcome.
