Zach is a sophomore at Palm Harbor University High School where he excels in math and literature. And, his future definitely has him looking up! Zach wants to pursue a career in aviation. His father was in the Navy where he enjoyed some flight instruction and he thought his son would too. He was right! Zach started flight lessons in 7th grade and has been hooked ever since. He already has 65 hours of documented flight time and is well on his way to seeing this dream become a reality. Turns out it was a hobby father and son could share – his Dad got back in the cockpit too and received his own private pilot license. When he is not high flying, studying or volunteering, Zach also enjoys fishing, playing video games and just hanging out with his friends. For a kid with his head in the clouds, he sure is well grounded! From all of us at CSA Palm Harbor, thank you Zach!

WHAT IS PHCSA? It’s an acronym for the Palm Harbor Community Services Agency, Inc. Since Palm Harbor isn’t incorporated and doesn’t have a local government, the taxpayers decided back in 1985 to tax themselves. They created the Palm Harbor Community Services District to provide leisure services to the community. Governed by a volunteer board, PHCSA is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and a special taxing district of Pinellas County. PHCSA manages CSA Palm Harbor, the Palm Harbor Library, East Lake Community Library, and the East Lake Recreation District. Donations made to PHCSA may be tax deductible as allowed by law.
PHOTO POLICY PHCSA and its affiliate organizations frequently take photos and/or video of programs, events and camps. Registration in a program or participation at an event is implied consent to your or your dependent’s photo being taken. This media is used solely for promotional and marketing purposes by PHCSA staff and volunteers. We do not sell these photos or images.
Business Partners As a 501(c)(3) organization that is only partially funded by tax dollars, we rely on the generous support of local businesses and organizations to help us continue to provide low-cost recreational programming and special events to North Pinellas County communities, such as Palm Harbor, Ozona, Crystal Beach and East Lake. To find out more about becoming a sponsor or business partner, please email us at Recreation@CSAPalmHarbor.org
