Please contact finaid@crosbyscholars.org if you believe you might be eligible.
The priority deadline to apply for a Last Dollar Grant is June 15th.
If you are able to submit your application by June 15th, your application will be processed and you will be notified during the first week of July.
Do not worry if you are unable to submit your Last Dollar Grant application before June 15th. Once we do receive your application, it will be processed as it is received. This process can take between 2 and 4 weeks.
If you receive a Last Dollar Grant, we send the first half of your award amount directly to your school to be used for the fall semester. Before we can send your funds for the spring semester, we ask that you upload your unofficial transcript to your Last Dollar Grant application. We ask that you make sure that your unofficial transcript includes your cumulative GPA and your spring semester course list to show you are planning to be enrolled full-time. The Crosby Scholars Financial Aid team will send you a reminder in December with instructions on how to submit your unofficial transcript!
If your GPA drops below a 2.0 after the fall semester, you can still receive your spring semester funds. However, you will need to have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA to reapply for the following school year.
To ensure you can reapply for a Last Dollar Grant if you plan to be enrolled for the 25-26 academic year, you should:
Make sure you have submitted your 2025-26 FAFSA
Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
Plan to be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree (two- or four-year) for the Fall 2025 semester
