Since Kristina took over as CEO, the company has more than doubled in size and has been certified by some of the most prestigious organizations in the industry, including the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Welding Society (AWS), and, most recently, certification by New York as a Woman Business Enterprise. Kristina became a certified welder in 2014, allowing her to be even more hands-on in the shop. In 2015, Kristina was nominated for and won the Mili Award from "Westfair CommunicationsFairfield and Westchester Business Journals" and "Wag Magazine."
