We are happy to announce that we have 5 new members this month, and our last luncheon had 20 guests registered. Please make sure to meet the new members and guests at the next function, because the comradery and relationships that we all build as a result of CSI are some of the most valuable parts of being a member. David Tomecek, PE, FSFPE of Jensen Hughes presented "NFPA 285 Past, Present and Future." His knowledge of the history of the test method, and how it evolved, was particularly interesting.
NEXT MONTH: Holiday Bowling Bash! Join in the fun on Thursday, December 10, at Lucky Strike Lanes, Belmar, from 4 to 6 pm, for bowling, food, and drinks. (Check-in begins at 3:30.) $10 per attendee. UPCOMING TOUR Denver CSI members are invited to join the CSI Pikes Peak Chapter on a tour of the new Edward W. Bailey Water Treatment Plant in Colorado Springs, Wednesday, December 16, from 3 to 5. The tour will be followed by a social gathering at a local restaurant. Registration is limited, and is open to Pikes Peak members first, but go ahead & RSVP to Greg Gulliksen at gog@csnaarchitects.com as soon as possible.
