Comprehensive services for seniors and their families Erickson Resource Group’s (ERG) Social Worker can complete the psychosocial assessment for mandate homologation or curatorship application, as well as provide comprehensive geriatric care management services. ERG’s Occupational Therapist can evaluate physical and cognitive capacities and recommend equipment to ensure home safety, feeding safety, and to promote client independence. Our Recreational Therapist can develop a personalized activity program to assist paid and non-paid caregivers in providing cognitive stimulation activities. Elderly individuals face unique nutritional challenges, especially if their health is compromised by chronic illness, such as diabetes. ERG’s Dietitian can assess and evaluate the unique nutritional needs of your loved one, and can create a meal and shopping plan to improve his/her overall diet. ERG’s Registered Nurse can assess specific health care needs related to chronic and acute disease, medication issues, and symptom management.The RN can also provide direct nursing service, such as injections.
