CALL TO WORSHIP

Since, then, we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sin.

Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING

Receive these offerings, O Lord. We give you thanks for the blessings which you have bestowed upon us. We pray these gifts, the employment of our talents, the labor of our hands, the prayers of our hearts, and the witness of our lives will show the world the magnitude of your love and grace. Let us put you first in our lives. Use us this week to build your Kingdom. We ask this in the name of Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever more.

FIRST FIFTEEN LENTEN DEVOTIONS During Lent you are often encouraged to give up something, to make a personal sacrifice to help us understand God’s loving sacrifice for us. Would you be willing to give up 15 minutes of your time to join our First Fifteen Devotional challenge? Go to our website under the Adult Formation page to register. Josh offers us wisdom and understanding on how we might 'shine online' by helping parents and teenagers understand social media platforms better, avoiding mistakes, and realizing some of the dangers that exist.
