Grilled Stone Fruit Salad with Chef Rafer Ingredients 3 pieces of stone fruit (plums, peaches, nectarines, etc.) 1 cup blood OJ or other Juice 2 tbsp brown Sugar, Agave or z sweet Mixed Greens Olive oil/Grape seed oil Method Cut stone fruits into quarters. Brush all sides with oil lightly. Grill on medium heat for about 3 mins. In a small sauce pan combine OJ and Sugar on med/low heat until thickened like syrup. Place a small bunch of wild greens on the plate, top with grilled fruit drizzled with glaze. ENJOY!
