Stratta with Chef Rafer Method: Add all dry spices and 1 cup of panko to bowl. Dip veggies in egg then crumbs and bake on an oiled baking sheet at 400 degrees for 10 min. Bake Roma tomatoes sliced in halves (seed side down) topped with herbs, oil, and garlic at 400 for 10min. Once tomatoes cool…peel skins from tomatoes and make a stack with the breaded veggies. Veggie, Tomato, Slice of goat cheese, and another small veggie. Can be made ahead and reheated at 400 degrees for 8 min.
