About Wade Wade Curtis is a born and bred West Australian, He grew up in the Southern suburbs of Perth and has lived and worked in Perth his entire life. As a youngster he had two passions, fast cars and property. After achieving an ultimate goal to successfully run and operate his own business, Wade decided the time was right to chase another dream and launched himself into the property industry.

Wade always had a strong passion for property having purchased his first property at the tender age of 18 after his mother and father’s insistence.

He bought a three bedroom villa for $106,000 and four years later sold it for $160,000. After further purchasers the penny dropped, Wade realised that property was that safe and secure asset that actually increases in value over time.

Wade first came in contact with Custodian in 2008 after attending a property investment seminar presented by the CEO John Fitzgerald. Wade completed his Real Estate Registration and joined Custodian soon after as a consultant. Within two Years Wade was spearheading the WA team and became the State Manager. Wade has since furthered his qualifications and currently holds his full Principle Real Estate License, both in Western Australia and on the East Coast as well. Wade also holds a full Diploma in Financial Planning. This leaves Wade well qualified and in the best possible position to be able to assist his client’s needs.

Wade and his wife have invested in their future and continue to set achievable property investment and lifestyle goals, they’re always striving to do more, and be, more. Wade has a lovely home and a sizable property portfolio to help provide a secure financial future for his family.
