Carrie Carleton joined CWC School for Energy in February 2009 as an Operations Executive but has since progressed to Senior Operations Manager in May 2011. Carrie works alongside the Head of Operations to successfully source suitable venues around the world for the 50 plus training courses that are held each year. She also organises the logistics (accommodation, flights, visas, documentation and on‐site materials) for CWC’s international public and in‐house training courses and is an ambassador for CWC when she is on‐site. Prior to joining CWC School for Energy, Carrie worked for ERA Technology as an Events and Marketing Assistant. ERA Technology is a consultancy company working within the defence & aerospace, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, & petrochemical, transport, and utilities sectors. At ERA Technology Carrie implemented e‐marketing campaigns for the entire portfolio as well as assisting the events team in organising public training courses at the ERA offices and external in‐house courses for clients. Carrie has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Sociology from Oxford Brookes University. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures and has recently travelled to Dubai, Greece, Nigeria, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Tunisia, and the USA.
