JOY WILSON Joy Wilson is an experienced and adaptable Organisation Development, Learning and Development Specialist with significant international operational and strategic change management experience. Joy has been at the forefront of change inside commercial and developing organisations based in Europe and the Middle East, faced with the need for increased competitiveness, economic change and reform. Joy has significant experience in the energy industry designing and supporting a range of performance management initiatives. Joy has designed a management competency framework for Total at Yemen LNG, and a series of specific trainer development courses for Shell, both supported by on-to-one coaching. Further Joy has developed a number of ILM accredited courses for managers and directors at Urenco as well as a competency based management programme for KPC. Joy is a Certified Learning Practitioner, accredited by The Learning Practitioners Association, an NLP Practitioner, a member of CIPD, and a Fellow of The British Institute of Learning and Development.
