Scaffold Safety Operation (Safety Erection & Dismantling-Level 1)
Course Description: Falling from height is the leading accidents and death in the construction industry. Thus, by knowing how to work safely on scaffolds is an integral part of protecting workers from injury or death. This course was in in compliance with the OSHA standard for scaffolding 29 CFR 1926.451. If you work, or are going to be working, in or around scaffolds and at height, then this scaffold course will provide you with suitable introduction on how you can do this type of work safely.
Who Should Attend? This is designed as an introductory, awareness level course, for any worker who will be working in or around scaffolding. Generally, this will pertain to the construction or maintenance of buildings, but can also include any type of work being done at height, where the worker will need an elevated, flat surface.
