While the CYCSA is immensely grateful for the contribution made by its sponsors, the Club is committed to ensuring those who support it receive value for money and an equally rewarding experience from their association.

Yes, such support is an investment in the Club, but it is not a one-way philanthropic gesture and is viewed as a mutually beneficial arrangement.

We are very pleased to share the thrills, rewards, networking opportunities and exceptional facilities available at our club with club sponsors and supporters and are keen to attract new commercial sponsors to our existing supporters through attractive and flexible sponsorship packages.

If you want to broaden your personal, commercial or professional horizons then the CYCSA should be considered. Various levels of sponsorship are available, right up to the top-tier Gold option. Each tier brings with it a range of benefits. Gold sponsors, for instance, can enjoy the following:

• Logo on Club Website and Email Bulletins

• Recognition in Groundswell, the official, high quality glossy publication of the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia that is printed four times a year

• Advertising space in Groundswell

• Logo and contact information on our Online Business Directory

• Additionally, sponsorship categories are assigned a number of Gold Anchor Credits which allow sponsors to ‘purchase’ further additional benefits.

In this way we can tailor a package of options according to your specific needs. These benefits might include:

• Corporate Sponsor Membership for up to 4 staff members for 1 membership year

• A substantial food and beverage allowance to use in the Club Bar and Restaurant

• Advertising opportunity in the Club’s flagship publication Groundswell

• Twilight sailing session on Southern Investigator for up to 8 people including gourmet BBQ after

• Corporate team-building sailing session for up to 8 people, including lunch or dinner on the day

How to Find Us

The Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Semaphore, 10 minutes from Port Adelaide and 15 minutes from West Lakes. It is around 20km or around 30 minutes’ drive from the CBD.

Directions

The Club can easily be reached either via the A7 Port Road through Port Adelaide or the A13 and A9 Port River Expressway. Follow the signs for Outer Harbor and after passing Largs North Oval (North Haven Football Club) take the third left to Strathfield Terrace. Continue to the end of this road until you see the sea and turn right on to Lady Gowrie Drive. The entrance to the Club is around 2km along this road on the left-hand side.

Public Transport

The nearest rail station to the Club is Osborne Railway Station, which is around a 1km walk away. Journey time from Adelaide is around 36 minutes.
