Starting a tribute fund in memory of a loved one is like your own mini website, dedicated to them. It allows you to keep your memories alive whilst raising funds for Cynthia Spencer Hospice.
Your tribute fund can help you express, keep and display valuable personal memories and thoughts about your loved one. This may be through words, pictures, music or video.
You will be able to: use your fund to enable family and friends to send their thoughts and you can invite them to contribute as well. They may even add photo's you've never seen or a special story you've never heard.
record and keep your own private bereavement diary and listen to your own personal music play list.
keep access to your page totally private to just you and selected family and friends, or choose to allow public access. The privacy of your site is completely handed over to you. use your page to pass on information about the death, funeral, anniversaries or other important occasions to your family and friends.

Bereavement
Losing someone important to us can be emotionally devastating - whether that be a partner, family member, friend or pet. It is natural to go through a range of physical and emotional processes as we gradually come to terms with the loss.
If the person who has died was a patient at the hospice we may be able to offer you additional support during your bereavement.
We offer a variety of different kinds of support.

“At the hospice we were held, supported and enabled to carry on loving my mother at the end of her life as much as we had loved her during it. We were invited to stay for as long as we needed, but also encouraged to get some rest and felt reassured that there was time to leave her bedside.

How to set up a Tribute Fund
Setting up a Tribute Page is free, easy and can be done in just a few minutes. To get started, simply visit www.cynthiaspencer.org.uk/get-involved/giving-inmemory/set-up-tribute-page/ and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Once you have set up your Tribute Page, you can then build and add to your page at your leisure or share it with family and friends, allowing them to contribute their photographs and memories.
It takes a community to make a hospice
Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides palliative and end-of-life care to adults with a life limiting illness in West Northamptonshire.
Whether you’re living with an incurable illness, caring for someone who is, or grieving over the death of a loved one, we’re here to help.
We rely on the generous support of our community. Our hospice is part funded by the NHS, with the charity contributing towards the overall funds needed to provide free end-of-life care to our patients and their families. We need your support to continue to provide and develop our care for patients at 'Cynthia Spencer Hospice' and in their own homes.
