The Mind, Body & Spirit Exhibition brings together people working the fields of holistic health and self-development to co-operate and raise awareness about tools, therapies, classes and related products. Inner peace leads to outer peace! The Mind Body & Spirit Expos are co-ordinated by Francesca Pinoni & Rita Berdanis and Sara Hollinrake. We hold the space - what can happen and does happen is up to the people who take part - as exhibitors, visitors, "angels", advertisers in the MB&S Magazine. We are not a company - just 3 women who hope to foster peace & happiness one person at a time through friendship, sharing, understanding and Love.
