Poster about an Arab historical Character Ahmad Bin Majed, he was a navigator and cartographer from RAK, UAE.
Bin Majid was an Arab navigator and cartographer born in Julphar, which is now known as Ras Al Khaimah. This city makes up one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. He was raised with a family famous for seafaring; at the age of 17 he was able to navigate ships. He was so famous that he was known as the first Arab seaman. The exact date is not known, but bin Majid probably died in 1500.He became famous in the
West as the navigator who hasbeen associated.He became famous in the West as the navigator who has been associated with helping Vasco da Gama find his way from Africa to India. He was the author of nearly forty works of poetry and prose. His most important work was Kitab al-Fawa’id fi Usul ‘Ilm al-Bahr wa ’l-Qawa’id (Book of Useful Information on the Principles and Rules of Navigation), written in 1490.

Monsters In A Row is a board Game based on UAE folk stories. I illustrated some of the folk stories characters and the overall style was inspired by the impressionist movement.

In the old days, we used to go out every morning to fetch water from the wells near the old city, and usually met at the house of one of the girls then went altogether to the well. One night, I heard someone knocking at our door. I went out to see what was there and found a strange-looking girl at the door. I asked her what she wanted. She said that my friends sent her to tell me that I should not be late and that we were going to meet at the usual place. I believed her and went to bring my “Jirba.” I noticed something awkward about this girl: not only did her clothes look very clean and elegant, but ،

Umm Al Dwais noticed that I knew about her and she started knocking madly on the door and tearing apart my “Jirba.» Today, I thank Allah that I am still safe and sane to tell the story.
