WHAT'S ON OCTOBER DECEMBER 2019

THANK YOU AND WELCOME WE DID IT! In September 2018 we opened the doors of our wonderful new building in Peckham. A generous gift of ÂŁ1million from Sir Cameron Mackintosh will enable us to complete the final piece, a brand new 200-seat theatre for everyone to use and enjoy. The completion of the fundraising campaign for our new home means we can now focus on raising funds to continue widening access to our world-class training, along with investing in arts programmes and activities for our local community.

THANK YOU A heartfelt thank you to the countless supporters who have invested in bringing Mountview to our new home in Peckham. Their generosity and support has built a world-class home for future generations of actors and theatre-makers, who will be inspired by the thriving cultural community that we have joined.

JOIN US More than just a drama school we are a public building, open to all. We present over 20 fully-staged Mountview productions each year with discounted tickets for Southwark Presents card holders. Young people aged 6-24 can take part in our GENERATION N*XT classes, adults can participate in evening classes and individuals and groups can rent meeting and studio spaces in our building throughout the week. There are reduced rates for local residents, not-for-profit and community groups. Westland coffee shop and Well Street Pizza restaurant are open to the public seven days a week. We look forward to welcoming you to Mountview soon. Best wishes

Mountview’s actor musicians perform this theatrical interpretation of Elvis Costello and the Brodsky Quartet’s 1993 album The Juliet Letters. Using the original lyrics, the tracks become a dramatic song-cycle telling stories of love, yearning, betrayal and death.
