ACCESSIBLE IS ABOUT BEING THERE!
d line is founded on Knud Holscher’s strong design philosophy: “Modest design that is designed to last”. Knud Holscher has won more than 70 design awards and is one of the most influential designers in Scandinavia. Holscher began his career at the studio of the world-famous Arne Jacobsen. Young Holscher was put in charge of St. Cathrine’s College in the UK. Several great buildings and design objects have followed since then. Among d line’s IKONS are also Jean Nouvel, Henning Larsen, Arne Jacobsen, Bjarke Ingels and more ...
d line has its own production facility that is specialized in the manufacture of handmade and bespoke item production. d line is a manufacturer characterized by design by renowned architectural designers. Design the way you want it ! Curves aren’t just a matter of personal taste; they’re hardwired into the brain! Recently neuroscientists have shown that people are far more likely to consider a room beautiful when it is flush with curves rather than full of straight lines. Did Knud Holscher think of this when he designed the panel system in the ‘90s? Not intentionally. “My mission is to make aesthetic, modest design in a quality that is made to last and to create unity in the design across the range,” states Holscher. Furthermore, the d line modular panel system is designed the way you want it. You can hide it. You can flaunt it. You can place it where you want it. You can combine the modules as you please. This system lets you say goodbye to inflexible “box systems” and hello to a flexible way of thinking. It has everything you need within a single frame. Colors and modules adapt to what you want the room to be – commercial, industrial, leisurely, cultural, or residential. Use it in the washroom or install it next to the toilet. You have multiple combinations to choose from. Furthermore, it was awarded with the RED DOT AND IF AWARD in 1997 – “it is timeless design”.

It’s flexible and “future-proof” It’s fully integrated and completely modular. Adapt to the room rather than control it. Its proportions match the d line wall mounted range, guaranteeing continuity across the diverse, total range. Install the washroom panels horizontally in their own frame side by side or vertically as you please. It’s robust – and it maintains its appearance for many years ahead – we call it “the future-proof concept”. It’s probably the best quality in the world. Should a module need replacement after many years of use – you don’t need to change the whole panel, but only that particular module or spare part: · 20-year guarantee on non-mechanical parts · 21 modules offering more than 300 combination opportunities · Thick 1,5mm acid resistant stainless steel AISI 316 for max durability · Polished, satin finish or color
NEW! Choose the color of your preference
Danfoss favour the all-in-one solution In 2008 the multinational company Danfoss chose white d line washroom panels as their preferred choice. 2016 Danfoss installed another 41 panels: “We like d line panels because design matters to us and our corporate image. And it’s very practical to have everything within one frame – and nothing standing on the floor”, states Berit Christensen, Interior Design at Danfoss Global Service.

It’s space-saving and safe It unlocks faster and cleans better and faster, with no obstacles on the floor. Each module has a snap-lock, which in combination with a new improved lock, releases all individual modules in one quick go. It’s easy to operate and easy to refill. If needed you can take out each individual module. The panel system was designed with the user in mind, not to adapt to a certain manufacturing process.
· Installation in 15-20 minutes · One-point locking mechanism – turn the key and all modules opens. It automatically relocks · Low maintenance · Maximum wall projection of 21mm · Shallow recess depth of only 106mm, and width 306mm · Varying hight from 342mm to 1692mm depending on how you chose to mix the modules
