Daylyn L. Turner currently holds the position of vice president of operations for JK Chevrolet Subaru. Daylyn graduated from Lamar University with a business finance degree in 2007.

He was able to earn a good reputation selling cars while an undergrad and returned to the auto industry after a year of gaining banking experience as a licensed banker and broker-dealer at JP

Morgan Chase. Daylyn’s drive and focus soon became noticeable to others. His notability gained him a nomination for 40 Under 40 Professionals in 2013 by the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce Southeast Texas Young Professionals organization. His past and present service on various local community boards include: ● Jefferson County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity ● Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors ● Beaumont Main Street Board of Directors ● Lamar University’s College of Business Board of Advisors ● Lamar University’s Alumni Advisory Board ● Beaumont Chamber of Commerce Southeast Texas Young Professionals Steering Committee Daylyn is also a 2019 graduate of the National Automotive Dealer Academy and has been the recipient of notable recognitions including the Black Business Professional of Southeast Texas Man of the Month and named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the national publication, Automotive News in 2020. Outside of his career, Daylyn enjoys his family, being a dad, exploring new sights, traveling, enjoying nature as a bicyclist, and cruising on his motorcycle while listening to some great tunes.
