Dale Lockett is the Director of Local Programming and Community Marketing at KHOU-TV, the TEGNA owned CBS affiliate in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for the production of non-news programs, specials, and the station’s community marketing initiatives. In addition, Lockett oversees KHOU’s morning talk show Great Day Houston.
He spearheaded the creation of the station’s current “KHOU Stands for Houston” brand. Lockett has successfully reinforced the station’s brand through the power of music. He has produced awardwinning music video campaigns for KHOU 11 with Grammy Award-winning Houstonians, Lyle Lovett and Yolanda Adams.
Prior to joining KHOU, Lockett served as Creative Services Director for KENS-TV in San Antonio, where he was responsible for the station’s promotion and advertising efforts. During his career, he has served as a Promotion Producer at KHOU-TV, KIRO-TV in Seattle, and WFORTV in Miami. He began his broadcasting career as a Public Affairs Producer for KTXH-TV in Houston.
The communications veteran graduated with honors from the University of Houston’s School of Communication. He is a recipient of the McCormick Tribune Fellowship and attended the Management Development Seminar for Television Executives at Northwestern University in 2006. Dale is a 2013 graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future-Business/ Civic Leadership Forum. He served as the Chairperson for the CBS Promotion Caucus from 2006 to 2013.
In 2015, Lockett was honored with the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Drum Major Award from the Greater Houston Frontiers Club. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red CrossHouston Chapter, Greater Houston Black Chamber, and Literacy Now.
He has been honored with multiple broadcast industry awards, including a dozen Lone Star Emmy Awards, eight PromaxBDA Station Summit Awards, and the CBS Eye on Excellence “Best of Show” Award.

Adrian Collins is a corporate executive who currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Natura PCR.
Natura PCR is the largest film/post-consumer resin producer in the Americas. Adrian is responsible for strategic planning processes, international and domestic expansion, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Natura PCR, he served as Director of Operations at Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (NRG Park) in Houston, Texas. He is also the principal of Adrian K. Collins & Associates LLC, a business development firm that specializes in helping small, medium and large-sized enterprises in the energy and technology sectors create sustainable growth through successful expansion into domestic and international markets.
Born in Grand Prairie, TX, he graduated from South Grand Prairie High School.
During his late teens, he joined the United States Army where he received top security clearance to work for the United States Army Military Intelligence Corp as an electronic warfare intercept tactical warfare specialist. Following his military service, he attended Prairie View A&M University where he studied political science and government.
After finishing his education, Collins went on to work in Texas and U.S. politics for more than 15 years, serving as a senior staff member to Texas State Representative Scott Hochberg and Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis. He also served under the administration of President Barack Obama for nine years in roles that included director of operations for the United States Department of Energy; deputy director of advance in for the United States Environmental Protection Agency; and lead advance associate in the Executive Office of the President at the White House, where he was responsible for logistics for White House local, domestic and international travel. Adrian also worked as an advanced team lead in the Obama for America campaign, which involved planning and coordinating then-candidate Obama’s American travel logistics.
In addition to his work as an operations and logistics expert, Collins is a soughtafter speaker with a personal story as compelling as his professional resume is long. His focus on pragmatic problem solving and his magnetic, unifying personality are recognized worldwide as he inspires people from all backgrounds to reach for their highest goals and dreams.
