HAPPY APRIL SUPER SUPERVILLAINS!!!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? We’re already into the fourth month of 2023!!!

March flew by ever so quickly, and I hope you Supervillains had a great time at the virtual March DCM! Hopefully, you were able to find a friend or two and had some fun participating in minecraft and other activities! Be on the lookout for information about our April DCM (@d12skeyclub)!

Congratulations to all you Supervillains who applied for a contest! I am so proud of you for taking the time and effort to apply, and I know you will be recognized for all of your diligent work! Best of luck to you all, and I hope to see you walk the stage at DCON 2023!

Speaking of DCON…DCON 2023 Sea of Service is happening on April 21-23 in Ontario, California, so be sure to contact your club president if you are interested in attending! It is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet Key Clubbers from across the CNH District, while learning more about the opportunities in Key Club and reflecting on this term!

April also means that we are less than 1 month away from the end of the term… I am so proud of everything we have achieved together, and thank you for allowing me to serve you this term <3

Let’s end the term off strong, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or just want to chat! Until next time, Supervillains :)

Scheming with love, Chloe Ha

HAPPY APRIL VILLAINS! It is officially 22 days until the end of the term which means it’s almost time to say goodbye to our scheming seniors. I hope to see all of you at DCON in April to bid farewell and to celebrate your incredible work this term.

Keep Scheming for Spirit and Recognition, Kenneth Nguyen

Hope all you supervillains have been doing well! Be sure to take care of yourselves, especially with state testing and AP season coming up! I can’t wait to see you all at our next division event, be on the lookout for that

Scheming with a smile, Sidney Nguyen

While our March DCM a few days ago was over Zoom due to the bipolar, stormy weather, I had a good time coming together with other keyclubbers in the division! March was a hectic month for me especially, so having a virtual DCM worked out in my favor. I was able to join in and play Minecraft with others after the DCM portion, bringing out my competitive side in Bedwars.

Rose Garden Clean Up

The rose garden workday was a great experience and I really enjoyed volunteering there. We helped Adopt A Park with fixing up rose bushes. First we pruned the bushes, then cleaned up the dead buds and lastly, tried weeding some weeds. My favorite part was probably the pruning as I found it fun and a good workout!

Hunger at Home

Volunteering at Hungry at Home was a truly rewarding experience. I was able to make a tangible difference in the lives of people in need, by helping to prepare meals for those less fortunate. I worked with a team of other volunteers, and we all worked together to ensure that the work ran smoothly. I was able to get to know the other volunteers, and it was inspiring to see how committed they were to helping those in need. Overall, this was a great key club experience and an event that shouldn’t be missed in the future.
