LTG MESSAGE Happy New Year, Supervillains!

With 2017 here, I hope that you have an eventful, service-filled, and daring year!! New year, brave you! Remember that you are AMAZING Key Clubbers who are capable of accomplishing anything you set your mind to. Plan that one service event you've always wanted to do. Attend District Convention 2017! Run for that Officer Position you've been wanting for so long! 2017 is YOUR year, so step out of your comfort zone to grasp all of the opportunities Key Club has to offer! Last month, we had our December Division Council Meeting hosted by Santa Teresa and Yerba Buena. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for participating in PTP Musical Chairs, playing white elephant, and singing your club reports! We hope you had as much fun as we did! If you couldn't attend the meeting, check out the DCM Recap Email found in our Division Google Reflector. As the 2016-2017 term is coming to an end, we will be electing our next Lt. Governor at Conclave 2017: The Academy Awards on February 11th! Walk the red carpet and play a huge role in deciding who will be leading Division 12 South for the 2017-2018 term! Registration will be released soon, so be sure to contact your club officers if you're interested in attending! Our term is coming close to the end. I promise you that I will try my best to not only ensure that we have a strong foundation for future years to come, but hopefully have us become an even bigger OHANA! Serving as ONE villainous ohana, D12S Lt. Governor Jacklyn Vo

Quote of “At the monthly event, Cecilia’s Closet, people in need come and collect clothes and food that their family needs. This was my first Key Club event and I got to help set up their November decorations and tents. After we finished setting up, we made care packages for people for their Thanksgiving. The event actually started the next day, but volunteers were asked to helped the day before to help set up. It was great to learn I made a difference in my community, especially people in need. I will help again when Cecilia’s Closet comes next year.”
