HOW YOU PEELIN’ DIVISION 13! I am over the moon happy that you are all taking the time out of your day to attend today’s training conference! Officer Training Conference is a wonderful opportunity to build on YOUR leadership and I am just so excited that we can share it with you. Throughout today, please take the time to soak in all of the information, write notes on your notes app, and enjoy the presence of those around you! If you see any advisors walking around, please be sure to thank them as well for making this Officer Training Conference become reality. If you have any questions about any of these positions, please feel free to contact any of the presenters or Lieutenant Governors because we want to help YOU as much as possible. Also if you’re seeing this, please DM me your Super Smash Bros main, I want to get to know all of you better! Kai Noah Jugo Division 13 North Lieutenant Governor What’s Orbitin’ Divisions 13! I am BEE-yond excited for all of you who are attending to learn and experience more with this event so that you are better equipped with how to handle your position and all that comes with it! Please use this event as a tool for you to be able to go into this term even more ready and pumped to have a STELLAR term and club growth! Without you all, we would be nothing as a division, so please make sure you are putting as much effort into your work as your fellow officers and DLT are! We are all working together and if one of us falls, we all fall! THIS IS ALL OR NOTHING GUYS! Jokes aside, I really do hope that you take at least one or two things from today and implement them into your term! Today will be tiring, but I promise you, it will definitely be worth it! What’s Rolling D13!! Look around! These are the leaders of our division’s. You all are creating a majority of the biggest impacts for your member’s Key Club experience. All the hard work, energy, and time you put in will be reflected on the smiles of those you are serving for. I commend each and every one of you for showing dedication to improving your respective clubs in the summer. I hope each and everyone of you take on the advantage of the opportunity to create some super spiking friendships. Everything put together for today is all due to my fellow CPs, our DLTs, and Advisors! Don’t forget to thank them for completely smashing it with this execution! With this being our first in-person OTC in two years, I cannot wait for you to finally get the proper officer training experience you deserve! Your DLTs have worked hard to design the perfect workshops for you, whether you are a new, returning, or future officer. From membership growth to event planning, you will learn to maximize your term, kickstart those leadership skills, support those around you, and manage your stress when you're on that Key Club grind! Make sure to pull out your pencil and paper and take full advantage of each and every presentation. Our goal is to give you an experience that will make an impact on the rest of your term!
