I proudly serve Division 13 South as their Lieutenant Governor and I am so very happy to see YOU at Region Training Conference 2022! This year we got lights, cameras, and action going on so be excited, be hyped because there is A LOT in store for you today! Thank you so much for attending the training conference today and I hope you get a lot out of your time here! Make sure you learn a lot, attend workshops that interest YOU, and make new friends! The big premier is happening around 2PM so I really hope to see you all working hard and learning a lot while holding in your anticipation! Region 8, as we roll on out of here I hope each and every one of you found something or someone you were inspired by today. I want to say thank you to all of you for coming out for a long day of such amazing plots. Can we all take a moment really quickly to say a big thank you to all of our advisors and chaperones here today? There was truly a lot of work going on behind-the-scenes to make today possible, so I also want to say a big thank you to our DLTs, the region team, and the chair of the final RTC for a lot of us, our Key Club journies- Kai! I want to encourage each and every one of you here today to take every single opportunity Key Club brings into your life. I am hoping that today’s workshops have inspired something inside of you. In all of our differences as we continue to roll into the future, think of what you as community leaders will leave behind as a legacy for others in their future.

3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE RTC: Crazy, Lit, Movie! WHAT IS SWINGING REGION 8! My name is Kai Noah Jugo and I proudly serve as Lieutenant Governor for Division 13 North and I had the pleasure of chairing this term’s Region Training Conference! Whenever I talk about Region Training Conference, I always bring up my first ever RTC, so it seems fitting talking about it to you all in this formal greeting!
Imagine going to your first ever Key Club event, walking into one of the biggest ones of the entire term. I of course wear my preppy fit of blue and gray and head out to Lakewood High School. I register, walk into the ambient gym, and see friends all wearing colors of their very own division. I was lost, confused, afraid, but when I started entering these different workshops, meeting new people, and finding myself genuinely having fun and interest in this movie-like club, I understood that this is where my high school journey will take me. And so like many, my time at Region Training Conference was one of my main motivations to stay in Key Club, continue to serve my community, and eventually run for Lieutenant Governor my junior year to write to you all today!
There are many, many, MANY different events that you could have attended this October, but we are so happy and thrilled for YOU to come watch this movie of a day with us. We hope that you all get something out of this experience and you walk out of RTC with a fresh set of eyes for leadership, a new friend or two, and a burning passion for Key Club after. Remember to stay serving and make this day the most crazy lit movie it could possibly be.
