A Message From Your DLT
This school year has gotten off to a good start and we're all feeling pretty confident that our year will be the best yet! At my school, SLOHS, we've been anxiously waiting for our Club Rush which will signify the start of our club at school. We've been intently working on building a community at our school and recruiting new members in order to increase our club size. We've also had an amazing time volunteering in our city especially by helping out the food bank collect fresh produce. Our club is ready to take on this fall season by volunteering and serving our community! As a part of the DLT, I am looking forward to the Fall Rally and RTC! I have had an amazing time working with all of my fellow peers and collaborating together!

Hey Snow Leopards!
Hope you guys have been having a great month so far! I can’t believe it’s already October and we are getting closer to the end of the year! As an update, I have been learning a lot about my position as an Executive Assistant and have been working on communicating and reaching out to our division clubs and setting myself up. I have been managing reminder emails and meetings with our Lieutenant Governor and as well as with our Division Leadership Team. As a DLT officer, I plan to keep myself busy by answering questions you guys may have and making sign-up forms for our upcoming events and as well as many other things! I’m looking forward to our October DCM and I am very excited to meet more of you! As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have!

I am so excited for the upcoming months as more and more clubs are becoming more active in their communities. As of now, I am working on making our social media a better resource for you. A new series of weekly tips will provide ideas for growing your membership, member engagement, fundraising tips, and service project ideas, as well as more spotlights on the projects your clubs are participating in! If you have any questions or ideas that you would like to suggest, feel free to reach out! My job is to make Key Club a better experience for you.

Hope everyone is having a marvelous school year and looking forward to the events coming up for Key Club! I know for sure I am looking forward to seeing more of you during our DCMs and of course our annual RTC! I enjoyed seeing everyone who came to the August DCM but if you weren’t able to make it, don’t worry there is one every month! I can’t wait to start planning more for our upcoming DCMs and I look forward to seeing more of you all this month. Please continue to participate in whatever event we offer as much as you can and have fun, enjoy Key Club!

Hey Snow Leopards!
As the school year continues, we are just getting started on our first division fundraiser! We have decided that we will be fundraising with Chipotle. The date is yet to be determined, but we will have one location in SLO at Madonna Rd, and one location in Santa Maria at Betteravia Road. A third of all proceeds from Key Clubbers will go toward division funds! Stay tuned for future updates on division fundraising! I look forward to seeing everyone at our October DCM on the 24th!
