A non-assigned architectural project for a luxury residence in Agistri island, Greece. The design includes a short history brief of the area, an extend study of the local fauna and flora, the earth condition, data about the weather and the climate, graphics for the winds, the sun position and the house positioning. Descriptice details for most of the furniture, interior elements and outdoor structures (such as pools, planters, bar area and the chapel). A virtual tour with schematic and photorealistic visuals from all views, a building cost estimate and an M&F booklet (with all materials used on the study with their specs and the suppliers).
