megan williams “I’m doing something pretty unique for a holiday—I’m rafting for a week in the Grand Canyon with a group of 16 friends! I’m excited and nervous as it’s something new for me to do, but it’s supposed to be one of the most beautiful ways to see the Grand Canyon and only a small number of people a year get a permit to do this trip. It’s going to be a oncein-a-lifetime experience!”
sara sampaio “Because of my work schedule, I always make plans last-minute and with spontaneity. Aside from a wedding in Lebanon and planning my birthday celebrations, I’m still tossing around a few vacation ideas.”
“I’m planning on spending most of the time in New York City and the Hamptons. I’ll be going to Denmark for a long weekend to see my family—the summers there are so special. My favorite part about summer is the long evenings and early sunny mornings. In Denmark, it’s light out until around 10:30 p.m., which is amazing. I also really enjoy when New York City empties out in late July and in August. It makes it a lot easier to get a reservation at the restaurants with outdoor seating. The Hamptons are so great in the summer. My favorite thing to is to go fishing or basically anything that has to do with a boat. I can’t wait for summer! Hurry!”
“I’ll spend a few days in my boutique hotel, Casa Sua Lanzarote, in Spain. I reserved it just for me, my friends, and family, so we can all spend a few days together. It’s the only time of the year that I can have some quality time with them and disconnect. Casa Sua Lanzarote is the perfect place to do it. It’s located in the middle of nowhere, right on the beach, and the space is a true paradise. I also might go to Bulgari hotel in Bali. I have never been, and I always try to discover new places. I visit amazing places for work, but on holidays, I have the opportunity to become a local. I love that feeling.”
