Andrew Orolua, Abuja The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) sitting in Abuja, on Thursday, reserved ruling on the application filed by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for inspection of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) server and data.
The two petitioners have specifically, filed the motion for an order of tribunal granting access to inspect the server and data of smart card reader used by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the conduct of the February 23 presidential election.
