Yesterday Once More Social Residence
The building is located at the junction of the new and old city. Through the study of the architectural form and style of the historical site of the city of Budweis, I tried to restore the former appearance of this area and reawaken the memory of people. The building uses a large number of brick and concrete arches as the material of the façade, giving a stable, safe and long-lasting feeling, consistent with the temperament of the old city. This 240-metre continuous façade faces the old town and offers a relaxing view of the old city. They are like photos hanging from the wall.
Budweis is home to the famous brewery budvar, which provides a large number of jobs for the outside population. At the same time, budweis is also an important Roman settlement in the Czech Republic. In recent years, the number of foreigners in budweis has gradually increased, and it is necessary to provide a large number of social housing. The ground floor of the building is the shop and the city exhibition hall. The 1-4 floors are apartments with an area of 80-120 square meters, which meets the commercial, residential and cultural needs of the residents. This building will awaken the once brilliant budweis, a former bohemian city.

Golden Ages Urban Green Belt To Pilsen
The design scope of the project is a strip of green space outside the moat of the ancient city of Budweis. This area was originally the wall of the ancient city, connecting the new old city. The layout is typical of the medieval European Dolomite shape, with many corners inserted into the new city, which has a huge impact on the block layout of the new city. At the same time, the road leading to the new city in the old city must pass through this green belt and cut the green belt into many sections. As a precious urban green space between the new old town, how to connect the new city and the old city, how to deal with the shaping of green space and activity space in the urban environment. How to respond and coordinate with the surrounding buildings is the most important issue.
N
In the design of this green belt, I used a series of tool boxes to deal with the height difference between roads, green spaces and rivers. According to the width of different areas, I designed different plants and planting methods to create various kinds. An open or intimate landscape. At the same time, I designed three structures in the green belt as a bridge platform to connect the two sides of the road to realize the diversion of people and vehicles, making the traffic more smooth and safe, and also providing space for residents‘ activities and viewing the city.

Day and Night in Hongkong Landuse Recombination
As one of the most prosperous cities in the world, Hong Kong has a large population density and a small per capita living area. Hong Kong‘s most iconic building is a towering and dense residential apartment, and Sham Shui Po is one of the most famous residential areas. The high density here crushes people‘s privacy and dignity. And the ecological environment is getting worse.
1. Introduce the ecological space with the productive ecological space into the city 2. Restoring the space affected by land reclamation, reshaping the ecological coastline, and combining coastal ecological space with agricultural space. 3. Renovate urban abandoned land, introduce ecological agriculture and urban agricultural tourism
This project explores a resilient development model to reorganize and mix different land types:
Through the reorganization and blending of these different habitats, the project hopes to improve the efficiency and vitality of urban space utilization, so that heterogeneous people and species can better inhabit, thus exploring the possibility of a metropolitan resilience.

Back to the Past Rennovation of the historicla Buildings
The project retains some of the original buildings, while the more damaged parts retain the representative triangular wooden trusses, but they are no longer used as structural functions, but for ornamental purposes only. The project realized the reversal of the inner and outer space. After retaining the sloping roof and wooden truss of the original building, it was covered with a layer of outer skin, making the reserved building an interior exhibitor of the new student activity center. The new outer skin uses steel and glass as the outer skin, as if it were a showcase. The building is interlaced indoors and outdoors and has multiple courtyards. Different rooms can easily communicate with each other from the outdoor yard in addition to the indoor passage. It seems that the outdoor landscape is also included in the room.

The building is located on the campus of Nanjing Southeast University in China. There are two high-rise sloping roof brick-and-wood structures on the site. The service life has exceeded 40 years. Some structures and facades are damaged. It needs large-scale renovation and transformation into students. activity Center.
