It is a very versatile structure, on which can be fitted a huge variety of photovoltaic panels of different brands and standard dimensions. The technical solutions that have been adopted for joining the profiles that compose it, allows to mount easily and very economical, minimizing and absorbing any deviations that occur at various stages of the installation process.

This structure is designed for compositions of up to six rows of solar panels arranged in landscape. The metal structure of hot dip galvanized steel has been designed to be assembled using the minimum possible pieces which facilitates transport and storage. The durability of the material used is guaranteed by the use of protection above the set standards and establishing procedures which allow the history, location and trajectory of a product or batch of products along the chain supply at any given time, through some certain tools.

The typology of the bi pole porch anchored by metal bases, the double brace reinforcements and structural analysis adapted to the tensions arising from the assumption of loads covered by current standards, ensures the overall stability of the structure.

ECONOMY
The use of standard profiles and screws and the robustness derived of the bi pole typology allows the use of less steel for many modules (up to 6 modules in horizontal), together with the modular design allows for more competitive prices.

SIMPLICITY
The construction is extremely simplified by the use of simple joints, without welds or auxiliary pieces, and by avoid of use of specific tools.

DURABILITY
All materials used in the building are protected with a hot dip galvanized finish with a layer of 70 microns at minimum, with guarantee certificate, which ensures the durability of the material.

QUALITY
Traceability and quality processes derived from this, together with certificates of all the material guaranteeing product quality.

Connections between structure and foundations: The screw connection allows attachment of the structure to different foundation types: as concrete pads, piling or metallic micropiles, of which Dalkia Solar has an extensive catalog of models with different lengths, sections and typologies, able to adapt to any terrain and load.
Fastening between modules and structure: Steel galvanized screws with Geomet ®. Bimetallic Capabilities: Due to the concentration of aluminum within the coating, good bimetallic corrosion resistance with aluminum is accomplished. Electrically Conductive: The high concentration of metallic flake enables coated parts with Geomet ® to be electrically conductive.
