Dalkia Solar has created a structure to compete in the most demanding markets. It is a very versatile structure, on which can be fitted a huge variety of photovoltaic panels of different brands and standard dimensions. The technical solutions that have been adopted for joining the profiles that compose it, allows to mount easily and very economical, minimizing and absorbing any deviations that occur at various stages of the installation process.

This structure is designed for compositions of four rows of solar panels arranged in landscape. The metal structure of hot dip galvanized steel has been designed to be assembled using the minimum possible pieces which facilitates transport and storage. The durability of the material used is guaranteed by the use of protection above the set standards and establishing procedures which allow the history, location and trajectory of a product or batch of products along the chain supply at any given time, through some certain tools.

STABILITY
The triangular shape of the porch, his bracing, and structural analysis adapted to the stresses arising from the assumption of charge covered by current regulations, ensures overall stability.

VERSATILITY
The anchoring system and joints allows to correct defects or level alignment in a wide tolerance, responding to environmental conditions and changes occurring at work. The system can accommodate different mounting heights relative to the slope of the land and/or different types of panel. Modulation of the porches facilitates subsequent extensions of Solar Installation.

DURABILITY
The use of materials and standard profiles and hot dip galvanized coatings guaranteed quality, ensures the durability of structures installed outdoors for a long period under normal use and exposure. The treatment of the material can be enhanced if it is required to extend the warranty to special conditions or harsh environments.

SIMPLICITY
The modular system allows to reduce the number of parts and, optionally, to prepare the assembly of the parts from the mechanical workshop organizing the packaging to minimize the transport volume and facilitate that the gathering of work pieces takes place along its mounting point, which facilitates installation.
ECONOMY
Materials, profile types and hardware required is based on the calculation usually chosen from existing in the market, as to qualities, sections and dimensions, taking also into account its ease of assembly. The design also takes the dimensions of the standardized parts to the usual measures of solar modules, optimizing material utilization.

Connections between structure and foundations: The typology of mono pole screwed directly to the floor allows us to adjust in height to overcome uneven terrain without using any kind of auxiliary material, making it easier and lowering the cost of installation.
Fastening between modules and structure: Steel galvanized screws with Dacromet®. Bimetallic Capabilities: Due to the concentration of aluminum within the coating, good bi-metallic corrosion resistance with aluminum is accomplished. Electrically Conductive: The high concentration of metallic flake enables DACROTIZED® parts to be electrically conductive.
