The report provides leaders and lawmakers with critical data to inform state policies, practices and programs.

Powered by our research and lobbying, our 2,000 strong Army of Advocates is taking action on issues to build an equitable society.
Grantmaking
Our grants support women- and girl-serving organizations and strategic initiatives that support the needs of Texas women and families. The Foundation has invested $74M in women and girls overall, and $60M since 2011.

Young Women’s Initiative centers young women of color, ages 16-24, amplifying their voices and making change in under-resourced communities.
Leadership Forum & Awards Celebration elevates the voices of women leaders by celebrating the Maura Women Helping Women and Young Leader Award winners.
