A Shortened Work Week Vacation and PTO (PAID TIME OFF)
Vacation and PTO (sickness and other personal needs) are considered synonymous at AnB and come in a quantity of 6 full days for those employed under five years and 9 for those over 5 years.

Because we attune to the schedule of our patient’s needs, we’ve found it difficult to formulate a shortened work week for our staff that also accommodates the needs of our patients. So what we have come up with is a shortened work week (everyone only works 37.3 hours per week but is paid for 40 hours). Then, we bank and schedule those hours in a peculiar way that allows every employee to take a three-day weekend every third week, adding an additional 17 days of paid time off annually! This is our unique way of allowing our employees to fully disconnect, decompress, heal and replenish themselves.
