Mid-term Direction AIESEC in Colombia
Why a mid-term direction? To ensure the alignment of the next four generations of leaders of AIESEC in Colombia and guarantee the growth and development of the organization by having a common goal through the time.
How did we develop it? We used the U-process as “social technology for effecting the transformation of our reality. First of all, by sensing our current reality, then, visualizing and planning our future state and finally, we begin enacting our new system.

FRAMEWORK 2015
In order to achieve AIESEC 2015, we have defined a particular framework based on defined behaviors, actions and characteristics that the organization and its members need to adopt to guarantee the accomplishment of our vision.
Behaviors Usually, behaviors are difficult to acquire. They represent a change of mindset and a deeply understanding of the relevance of our conducts to produce impact. In that order, four principal behaviors are needed to make AIESEC 2015 happen in AIESEC in Colombia! Simply active: It's about being a proactive learner, seek out information, use the new system and deeply experience the programs. Simply balanced: It's about being able to balance your own experience while at the same time contributing to organizational goals and being responsible for people in other programs. Simply smart: Is finding simple steps to bring in big results and working together with different stakeholders. Simply impactful: Is going beyond the numbers, showcasing the impact and having the mindset to make a positive difference.
Actions When behaviors are internalized, new actions will be performed. These, reflect our way of thinking and our new mindset. • • • • •
Understanding the impact our actions have in the future Delivering impactful experiences Add quality to everything we do Expand our borders Forming a collaborative network
Characteristics There are two important aspects to focus when we talk about AIESEC 2015. We need to implement them and ensure our members represent this concepts within their actions.
Professionalism: The level of excellence or competence that is expected from an AIESECer.
Innovation: Research, development and testing new programs and initiatives to improve internal processes and capitalize external opportunities.
