The egg-shaped oldtown of Sopron is priviliged for its 2000 years history, such as the current streets are formed in the 13 Century, or some of the houses are remained from the medieval age. The map shows the morphology of the oldtown, containing the roman aged castle walls, and the houses with gothic style origins.

The environment is resonating, and we are emitting resonance also. These vibrations are specified in different spreads and amplitude, so the most of the living things around us can be coded with frequency. Entering into an architectural space, we are immediately adapting to the environment empirically, thus it effects us unconsciously, depending on the spatial performance, we hear, we see and perceive, then react to it with different forms of behaviour.

Kinetic. The ability of locomotion and selfextending. The biomimetic mode of the folding method enables to extend its dimensions, according to functionality and transportion aspects. The exploration is in connection with the architectural behavior on the water - hydrospace - within its urbanistic nature, moreover an emerging point of view of the adaption of space.
FLOATHING
FLOATHINGS Responsive. I create a network of ideas, theoritically, built on mobile principles, based on empiric values, where the urban nascent energy functions as an essence during the designing of the construction. The kinetic performance of the object is based on the conception where the artificially created water - human - urban connections melting into one substance.

Urbanistic. The programmatically formulated hydro path of the construction, shows its adaptation to the urbanistic space. The Danube runs across the city, and divides it into Buda and Pest, while the hydrospace becomes a border surface. Often, we associate calmness with water, but the intense traffic eliminates this perception. In our common knowledge, it has become a noisy and unpleasant medium.
Lotus| Configuration of a responsive deployable floating object
Offbeat. The position, user dramaturgy and the performance of the event are all part of one construction. The ability of responsive behavior highlights the existence of urban noise pollution with audio-visual methods. This is an alternative form of using Danube as an urban space. Furthermore, it proves the significance of relations between man and water. The aim is to reconnect the river to the city with different types of floating adaptations as well as to find a new opportunity to let the river become a public urban space with the presentation of deployable structures on the water.

This diagram shows the concept of the restaurant which is inspired by traditional Kuwaiti design principles. Parallel Studio used the idea of the “hosh” (central courtyard) and the “liwan” (shaded walkway) to create a contemporary dining space. The ceiling is the centerpiece of the design. It is composed of an art installation that spans across the central 60m2 courtyard. The piece responds to the regional landscape by abstracting the topography lines of sand dune formations to create a unique ripple effect that diffuses light through the use of linen.
