Bacon has a long history, and we in Danish Crown Professional have developed quality bacon for more than a 100 years. Today we have a production of around 52,000 tons of bacon, which makes us the market leader on bacon in several countries, where we operate.

The smoking process is crucial for the perfect taste
We make our bacon by first salting the meat, then it is dried and smoked over beechwood until the taste is perfect. The smoking and drying process happen through several rounds until we get our very own, special taste.

If you want to save time in the kitchen and be able to create inspiring and simple solutions to the menu, we have brought you pre-fried bacon!

Tip!
Cook your bacon in the oven and let the fat drain. Cut the crispy bacon into small flakes and freeze it beforehand. Afterwards put the bacon into an airtight jar and keep it cold. Now you have the perfect accessory for your salads, sandwiches or as topping on your favorite meal.
